Processing

Orders are processed once payment is received, usually within 1–3 business days.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility. You are also responsible for checking that the products you order can be legally imported where you live.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
